Wyatt Fry
Senior DevOps & full-stack engineer. I design and run
infrastructure that doesn't need babysitting, and ship the application
features that sit on top of it β Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure/AWS, C#, Go,
CI/CD, and LLM integration.
What I do
Cloud & Kubernetes
- βΈοΈ EKS / AKS design, multi-region and multi-cloud cluster topologies
- π Hardened, production-grade cluster builds β RBAC, network policy, image provenance
- π₯οΈ VM and container image pipelines (golden images, EC2 Image Builder, Docker Bake)
CI/CD & IaC
- ποΈ Terraform (incl. Terraform Enterprise) for VPC, RDS, EKS, ECR, IAM
- π GitOps with FluxCD β app and platform config as the source of truth
- βοΈ GitHub Actions / GitLab Pipelines / Azure DevOps, canary and staged rollouts
Full-stack features
- 𧩠Go, C#/.NET, Node, Python β own a feature end to end, not just the infra under it
- ποΈ Postgres, SQL Server, EventStoreDB schema and pipeline design
- π§ͺ Full SDLC: local dev, testing, CI, deploy, on-call ownership
Observability & LLM integration
- π Prometheus/Grafana and Dynatrace stacks β metrics, alerting, on-call runbooks
- π€ LLM-powered extraction pipelines, prompt caching, provider abstraction
Portfolio

- Go backend, SSR frontend (Go templates + HTMX), Postgres β no SPA framework, no build step
- LLM extraction pipeline with prompt caching and a swappable provider interface (hosted + local/Ollama)
- Vendor-specific scraping/parsing (Lightology, Ferguson Apollo) into canonical field mappings
- Auth, project sharing via slugged links, contractor-facing read-only views
- DXF export β AutoCAD AC1015 with MTEXT, multi-schedule stacking, variable row heights

Platform Engineer
Fiserv Β· Nov 2025βpresent
- Own Coder (cloud developer environment platform) end to end β took it from a
manually-built PoC serving a small pilot group to a fully IaC and
GitOps-managed deployment now serving 1,000+ developers, targeting
2,500+ by EOY
- Control plane on AWS EKS (US); worker clusters on AWS EKS (Europe)
and Azure AKS (US) β separate dev and prod instances across all clusters
- Terraform Enterprise managing VPCs, RDS, EKS, ECR, and IAM across accounts/regions
- FluxCD GitOps managing both supporting infrastructure apps and Coder's own workspace/template config
- Monitoring and alerting on a standard Prometheus/Grafana stack plus Dynatrace
- Docker Bake pipeline building RHEL UBI-based container images for Linux pod workspaces
- EC2 Image Builder pipeline producing golden Windows Server 2022 VM images for VM-based workspaces
- Inherited and replaced a set of scattered, undocumented Ansible scripts that built golden VM
images (snapshotted to launch self-hosted GitHub Actions runners, Windows and Linux) with the
image-pipeline approach above
